ThreeSixty Global brings together a real estate development, investment consultancy, and asset management practice under one principle: amanat, trust held in safekeeping.

Mission

To rebuild trust in Pakistani real estate, not by claiming it, but by engineering the structures that earn it.

ThreeSixty Global exists because Pakistani real estate has earned its reputation for opacity, late delivery, and fund commingling. We do not compete with other developers on those terms. We compete with the system itself, by building structures that make the old failures impossible.

That means ring-fenced project accounts, an independent Shariah board, Istisna-based fixed-price contracts, and binding delivery dates. It means monthly construction updates and documented snagging at handover. It means the principle of amanat operationalized at every step.

Chief Executive Officer

Moiz leads ThreeSixty Global with a background in venture capital and asset management. Under his direction, every company commitment is structured around the principle of amanat: that buyer funds are trust held in safekeeping, not capital to deploy.

Aquib Anwar

Commercial Director

Aquib's background spans IT supply chain management and construction, the disciplines that determine whether a project's commercial discipline holds. He leads the operational and financial controls that turn ThreeSixty Global's structural commitments into daily practice.
